Refund policy

Can I receive a refund?

We are happy to offer a full refund if the product is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, with fabric unwashed. Please contact us in advance to arrange your return in writing, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received the goods, your refund will be processed.

Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so we recommend taking out sufficient postal insurance to cover their value. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of the return.

Colour variances

Refunds cannot be requested based solely on colour variance unless the colour of the fabric is drastically different. Due to the hand-dyeing process, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching, and colour appearances may vary across different monitors and devices.

Order Cancellation

Prior to shipping, you may cancel your order at any time in writing. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights if we are at fault, such as if the goods are faulty. None of these terms affect your legal rights, and if any term is found invalid under applicable law, that term will be omitted to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
