Thank you for shopping with Swan Bay Fabrics. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing & Dispatch Times

All Swan Bay Fabrics are hand-dyed to order.

  • All fabric orders are pre-orders

  • Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of placing your order for your fabric to be dyed, dried, prepared, and dispatched

  • Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed

If your order contains both pre-order items and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United Kingdom

  • Internationally

If we are unable to ship to your location, this will be made clear at checkout. Please contact us at oders@swanbayfabrics.com to enquire about adding your shipping destination onto our website.


Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • parcel weight and size

  • selected shipping service

We use Royal Mail and their international partners (e.g. USPS) to dispatch orders.


Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are approximately:

  • UK: 2-5 working das

  • Rest of World: 7-21 working days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Swan Bay Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal or courier services

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • strikes

  • events outside our control


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (with the exception of US tariffs as known at the time of shipping the order and calculated by Royal Mail)

  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges

  • Swan Bay Fabrics cannot predict or control these fees


Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Where tracking is provided, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier:

  • title and risk of loss pass to you

  • Swan Bay Fabrics is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in making a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Swan Bay Fabrics is not responsible for:

  • parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • parcels returned due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be re-sent.
